Yoga for Women's Health

Tuesdays 6pm (22 April - 15 July 2025)


Are you ready to move better, sleep better and feel better?

Join our small, friendly group for these bespoke classes which will support you in managing pain, releasing stress and dealing with overwhelm and help to ease anxiety. 

We'll explore how yoga and movement practices can boost your mood, build strength, improve balance, mobility and flexibility, enabling you to feel empowered no matter what your age but particularly through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

Classes are suitable for women who want to support their health and wellbeing at any age, both mentally and physically. Learn how yoga can support brain function and maintain cognitive health.


 Limited to 8 per class so you get the attention you need, guiding and supporting you in your practice.

Yoga for Every Body 

 

Vinyasa Flow - Saturdays 9.30 am

Classes typically last between 45 and 60 mins blending movement with breath in a way that feels grounding and energising.  Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way. however rather than sticking to a structured sequence each time, my classes take a more creative approach and vary week to week.

 

We still flow through the traditional sun salutations, backbends, standing postures, balance and core work to open the heart and build strength and seated poses to stretch deeper and find calm. Classes are fun and varied and designed to suit all levels of yogi.

Poses can be modified to suit different levels. Your body, your practice.

​Hello! I'm Nicole and I'm a yoga teacher a yoga and wellness coach, breath, meditation, and movement Teacher in and around Penarth and the Vale of Glamorgan. Yoga and movement lights me up and feeds my soul and I am passionate about sharing these healing modalities with the world.

 

I have a special interest in the nervous system and yoga to support women's health - building strength, and increasing flexibility and mobility to better support us in life.  

The nervous system is an intricate network that controls every aspect of our physical function,  neuroscience gives us the tools to more accurately assess, identify, and target key areas of the nervous system that impact movement, athletic performance, pain, and daily functioning – helping you to manage pain, move better, feel better and live better!
