THRIVE
Tuesdays 6pm
Penarth Methodist Church (Room 1)
This practice is your opportunity to get out of your head and back into your body. Blending traditional yoga poses with other, more explorative and intuitive movement patterns and with a real emphasis on discovering how things feel in your body, rather than fixating too much on the shapes you're making or what poses you can get into – there’s room and options for everyone.
This is a nurturing, laid-back and playful space where you can connect with many variations of poses that work best for you and your body – with that gentle encouragement to use the breath as your guide.
This is a fluid flow that explores a range of poses focused on different aspects of body, opening up to intuitive movement that feels natural to your body. Inspired by a Somatics approach, this is a creative space to help you let go of your thinking mind and become more in-tune with your feeling body.
8 spaces per class poses can be modified to suit all levels.
