An opportunity to get out of your head and back into your body.   Blending traditional yoga poses with other, more explorative and intuitive movement and with a real emphasis on discovering how things feel in your body, rather than worrying too much about the shapes you're making or what poses you can get into – there’s room and options for everyone.

A nurturing, laid-back and playful space where you can connect with lots of variations of poses that work best for you and your body – with a gentle encouragement to use the breath as your guide.    This is a fluid flow that explores a range of poses focused on different aspects of the body, intuitive movement that feels natural.  Inspired by a Somatics approach, this is a space to help you let go of your thinking mind and get more in-tune with your feeling body.

Classes are fun and varied and poses can be modified to suit all levels.   Max 8 per class. All levels welcome.

Hello! I'm Nicole and I'm a yoga teacher and wellness coach in and around Penarth and the Vale of Glamorgan. Yoga and movement is my passion and I love sharing these healing modalities with my yogis.

I am a neuro movement and women's health specialist - building strength, increasing flexibility and mobility to help us move better and so better support us in life.

I have a fascination with all things neuro! The brain and the nervous system are incredible and they control every aspect of our physical function. Neuroscience gives us the tools to more accurately assess, identify, and target key areas of the nervous system that impact movement, athletic performance, how we experience pain and how we move though our daily life.

This all helps us manage pain, move better, feel better and live better.
