Yoga for Women's Health - £14

Bespoke classes which will support you in managing pain, releasing stress and dealing with overwhelm and anxiety.
We'll explore how yoga and movement practices can boost your mood, build strength, improve balance, mobility and flexibility.
Classes are suitable for women who want to support their health and wellbeing at any age, both mentally and physically. Learn how yoga can support brain function and maintain cognitive health.

Yoga for Every Body - £12
Saturday 9.30am
Lower Penarth Community Centre
Intuitive and dynamic. This practice weaves together an exploration of body, breath and movement through the poses to awaken and strengthen the body.
This practice offers an embodied approach into feeling and sensation, encouraging you to become more aware and present in your own body. Expect a supportive space that allows a journey for both body and mind.

CLASS DETAILS
Join my classes and boost both your energy and your mood! Each class is no more than 8 students - allowing me to support everyone to feel feel confident, comfortable and safe in class. You will each receive my individual attention so you can move your body with yoga flows and poses that will increase your flexibility and strength. My small, friendly classes are suitable for all levels - I offer full support for beginners and challenge for those who want more, so you can progress to happier, healthier bodies and minds!
Each class will guide you through a gentle warm up to ground into the body, moving into a more dynamic vinyasa flow, then slowly bringing the energy down towards savanasa. Options and modifications are available for varying levels of intensity depending on whether you feel like a more gentle flow or you want to add in a bit more spice and bring a bit more fire to your practice!
Everything I am guiding in class is just a suggestion so you can take what you need and leave the rest, allowing the practice to feel good in your body. Your body, your practice. I love taking the more traditional poses of yoga, incorporating more somatic based movement - moving with full-body awareness, focusing on feeling into the body and connecting the mind to the body and the breath. I love creating new movement classes centred around the yoga asanas (poses) but also bringing a bit of playfulness to the mat!
Mats can provided or if you love to use your own, feel free! (please let me know via the booking form if you would like to borrow a mat).

I’m hoping the Wild Yoga Tribe can help people slow down and become more present in the moment and in life. My classes are suitable for all levels and are kept to a small group of yogis to help you build confidence, both inside and out, whether you are an experienced yogi or are just starting out on your yoga journey.
If, like me, you can find yourself a little overwhelmed now and again and are looking to take some time to connect with your inner self whilst at the same time building a strong body and working on mobility, strength, flexibility and balance, both mentally and physically then this I hope will be for you.
MEDITATION SESSIONS
Quieten the over-thinking mind, reconnect to the body and the breath to re-connect to yourself.
Private online meditation class to develop your mindfulness practices from the comfort of your own home. We all want to keep healthy mentally and physically but often, especially in the winter, it can feel like a lot of effort to get to a studio. So, here are the classes straight to your home. It will be through a platform called zoom – once you have booked your class, I will send a link over to you to join the class at the specific time (UK time).

ONLINE CLASSES
Evening vinyasa flow: Monday 6.15pm (45 mins)
Unwind and relax at the end of the day with this 45-minute class for all levels. Enjoy a calming vinyasa flow moving through poses for a full body stretch before relaxing in savasana.
Feel good flow: Friday 6.45am (45 mins)
Here we have a literal awakening in the form of this morning wake-up stretchy flow, setting you up beautifully for the day ahead. Let’s unwind the body, soul and breath. Whatever you need to be on your mat today, be it. We’ll flow together unravelling through the asana moving through a full body stretch.
All classes are suitable for all levels of yogi.
How to book
When you submit the booking form, please include the date and time of the class you would like to join.
You will be sent payment details where you can transfer payment of £7 per class. Once payment has been received you will be sent the online link via email in plenty of time before the start of the class.
You will need a yoga mat and if you like to use any other yoga props, please have them at hand; a block or strap (or a book/dressing gown tie will do just as well if you don't have these ! )
The online meeting will open approximately 10 minutes before the start of the class, click on the link in the email and you will enter the waiting room for the meeting. Please join before the class starts to ensure connection and to avoid any disruption. Class will start at the advertised time so please don’t be late! Nicole Elizabeth Yoga will not be held responsible for poor internet connection leading to disruption of your ability to attend class.
